J. B. Shepherd and Associates is an Electrical and Forensic Engineering firm founded in 1994 by J. B. (Brad) Shepherd, PE offering full coverage of the electrical consulting spectrum. We provide expert opinions and strategic advice to Attorneys and Corporations in support of litigation involving technical issues. Our primary focus is on accident investigation, electrical safety, electrocution, injury and/or property damage. Overhead and underground electric utility power lines are an area of specialty. In addition to litigation support, we continue to practice Professional Engineering in the electrical discipline with current and on-going contracts in industry. Our Associates are Professional Engineers or highly experienced electrical construction specialists. We are an association of independent contractors, all of whom are qualified to offer expert opinions in a court of law.
